Indications of updates are gone from Update Scanner bookmarks

I just upgraded to Update Scanner v3.0.3 from whatever was the previous version. Since I have updated, the scanner page no longer shows any indicators that a page has an update.
In the previous version, if a page had updates, then the update scanner icon (the blue up-arrow) would appear to the left of the icon for the web page. Since the update, this icon no longer appears.
With this change I am no longer able to tell which pages (and how many) have updates.
Please change Update Scanner to have the old behavior again.

Changed pages appear bold. This is described in the help pages.

Please let me know if you are not seeing bold changed pages in the sidebar.
The icon displayed is always the favicon of the site - this behaviour was requested previously on this forum.

I am also having an issue with this. In reply to what you've said my lettering appears to be bold all the time.
Also the highlighted areas of the are not disappearing if I rerun the scanning and then select a non-updated page.
Perhaps in a future update you could make "always use favicon of the site" an optional tick box in the update scanner preferences.

The highlighted areas show the last change that was detected. The links "Old Page" and "New Page" show the pages that are compared to produce the highlighted text.
Are you really sure that all lettering in the sidebar appears bold, even if after you click on an item? I've never seen this.
What computer / operating system / firefox version are you using?

Issue fixed. I had the display properties of my "message text" set on bold. deselecting it has resoled my main issue of not being able to which pages were updated.
but its a shame that I should have to change my display preferences for your wondrous add-on to work, even tho I can't think why I had the bold selected in the first place.
I'll be sticking with 3.02. until a better indication then a slight change in font. Ideally it shouldn't be be able to be duped by custom choices made elsewhere.

Where did you set this? I can't find this option.
