Links in pop-up

EN: I would like to see a pop-up notifications in the list of pages in the form of links that have been changed. Right at the bottom of the screen. By clicking on the link - opens that page in new window.
RUS: Хотелось бы видеть во всплывающих уведомлениях список страниц в виде ссылок, которые были изменены. Справа внизу экрана. Нажимая на ссылку - открывалась измененная страница в новом окне.
