No menu on the updatescanner icon

Both left and right mouse button brings up the sidebar....
To edit preferences etc. you need to go to the Tools -> addons...

I guess that is not the intention..

Good point - unfortunately it's too late to add features for this release, but I'll add it to the list for next time. (https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=18795)
