Not play Music

I set path to my *.mp3 (and *.wav) file in params window ("D:\10 - Paean.mp3") and set checkbox, but when updatescanner find update on page, then show message box, but not play music. When i set standart sound, UpdateScanner play them.
Can i play .mp3 sound or other file type?
Please help me.
P.S. Create a button on param for test play selected file?

Your english is good! I think it will probably only work with a .wav file.
Let me know if you're still having problems.

*.wav file truly work. I set max volume in Windows sound option and sound played when page updated.

Hmmm. Sound play only 3-5 second. Can set time play sound equal time when message box is showing?
Or create new function:
Open file(any type: .exe, .wav, .bat) when page updated.
