Update Scanner

Pete,

Thanks for the beta and the opportunity to test it.

Because of past timeout and browser freeze problems, most of my pages (about 30) are set to manual scan. The scan with the beta version was much faster than the previous release.

The one problem that I saw in this initial test was that all of the scanned page tab labels were "Update Scanner Results" rather than the page's actual title.

Other than that it looks good to me. I look forward to further comments and the final release.
