Since I Update the Scanner to 3.0.4 , Firefox freezes when using the Update Scanner - Resulting with a total crash of the FF. I think its something to do with Java Script. I downgrade back to 3.0.3
This Add-ons is one of the best ever and I will give it 5 stars but unfortunately 3.0.4 does not work at all.

Re: Problem with 3.0.4
I have the exact same problem is it possible to rollback the update?
Re: Problem with 3.0.4
Sorry to hear you're having problems.
Could you please look at the Bugs page (link is on the left), and post your results here? In particular, try with a new profile. The more information you can provide, the more likely I will be able to help you solve the problem.
It's always possible to go back to an older version - click the Install link on the left and then "Old Versions" halfway down the page.

Re: Problem with 3.0.4
I'm Sorry but my level of understanding bugs and bugs reports is low. I can report that during the scanner process the FF freezes and a warning message indicates that there is a problem with the Java Script with the following path:
chrome://babelmousish/content/bf.js:2444
It gives my the option to continue or to stop the Script. After 2 or 3 pop up similar messages, The FF freezes and requires manual shut down and restart. I do not know how to create a new profile therefore I cant meet your request. In the meantime I will downgrade back to 3.0.3 hoping that others, with more knowledge then me, will be able to preform your request.
Thanks
Re: Problem with 3.0.4
Thanks for the information - I installed the "Babelfish Instant Translation" extension, and see exactly the same problem.
The problem is that UpdateScanner now uses a "data URI" to load the page changes into the frame. This is better in many ways than the previous method (faster, renders more accurately, allows plugins, much more protection against malicious websites)
The Babelfish extension contains code that examines all currently loaded URIs, but it isn't designed to handle data URIs, and takes a very very long time to examine them. That is probably why it is freezing.
You should try disabling the Babelfish extension, and raising this bug with the extension's authors.
For more information on data URIs, see:

Re: Problem with 3.0.4
Excellent!
I have executed your instruction buy disabling the "Babelfish Instant Translation" extension. After doing so, I upgraded the "Update Scanner" to version 3.0.4 and now its working like a Charm. No evidence of previously posted problem. Will continue monitoring the issue for future bug reports if occur.
You have just proved that, not only "Update Scanner" is a terrific extension, It also has an efficient and professional assistance infrastructure.
Thanks :)
Re: Problem with 3.0.4
I've disabled AutoPager (0.5.1.3) and now Update Scanner works fine. So is the problem in AutoPager or in Update Scanner?
Re: Problem with 3.0.4
**The BABELFISH issue has been resolved with version 1.88**
Re: Problem with 3.0.4
Also crashes with AutoPager 0.5.13
